At Northcott Disability Services, we want to know if people are not satisfied with the conduct of our staff, our fees or any other aspect of our services.

Your comments, criticisms and suggestions are welcome. They help us to correct our mistakes and improve our services. We also appreciate positive comments about our services.

Consultation

From time to time Northcott will also be uploading some of our policies and procedures for client and stakeholder consultation. Clients will be notified of this through newsletters and by our staff.

Staff and Volunteer Recognition and Service Awards

Anyone is able to nominate a staff member or volunteer at Northcott, who they think does a great job and who displays the values of our organisation through their work.

You just need to fill in the appopriate form, which can be downloaded below, and tell us how the person demonstrates one of more of the following values:

  • Friendly and Considerate
  • Committed and Enthusiastic
  • Innovative and Responsive
  • Ethical and Courageous
  • Professional and Competent

Employee of the Month winners all have a chance to be named Employee of the Year, so get nominating!
