National Disability Coordination Officer Program

The National Disability Coordination Officer (NDCO) program targets the barriers that people with a disability face in gaining access to and successfully completing post school education and training, through a comprehensive national network of 31 NDCO Officers.

Northcott Disability Services has two National Disability Coordination officers, one in Queanbeyan and one in Oak Flats. These two positions will assist people with disabilities to make the transition from school and post school options (education and/or employment) by providing information, referral and coordination.

The NDCO program works toward the Australia wide coordination and delivery of transition services for people with a disability who are at, or who will be attending university, vocational education and training or training at another organisation.

For more information on the NDCO program please visit the Department of Industry, Innovation, Science, Research and Tertiary Education website.
