Kerry joined Northcott in 2008. She was previously the Executive Director of St Vincent’s Hospital and Sacred Heart Hospice, responsible for overseeing significant increases in services, funding, new technology and improvements in patient care.
Chief Operating Officer and Company Secretary
Lee started at Northcott in 2008 and is responsible for the organisation's corporate and commercial services. He has previous experience in the health sector, including finance roles in leading hospitals in Australia and the UK.
General Manager, Client Programs
Tracey is responsible for the overall operations of Northcott’s services and programs. She has worked in the disability sector for 19 years and is committed to a person centred leadership approach.
General Manager, Human Resources
David is responsible for leading Northcott’s human resources and organisational development strategy to ensure that the workforce is prepared for future challenges. David’s role focusses on internal customer satisfaction and enhancing an already positive corporate culture.
Sector & Business Development Manager
Liz started at Northcott's Coffs Harbour office in 2008 as Area Manager for Mid and Far North Coast. She is now responsible for the organisation’s engagement in social policy and developments in the disability and human services sector, including managing the Northcott's involvement in the National Disability Insurance Scheme campaign. She also works in business development focussing on new, individualised funding models and service provision models.
Manager, Evaluation and Research
Rebecca manages Northcott’s evaluation and research functions. Part of this role is establishing an Evaluation Framework to continuously monitor, review and improve what we do. In addition, Rebecca is responsible for seeking opportunities to develop and participate in innovative projects which address client needs.
