Transdisciplinary Early Childhood Intervention

Our Transdisciplinary Early Childhood Intervention Service supports children to:

  • Learn everyday skills
  • Be a part of their community
  • Communicate better with others
  • Play with other children and make friends
  • Enjoy and get the most out of school
  • Overcome behaviour others may find concerning
  • Be more physically mobile

Our team will support customers and their child with disability or developmental delay, to enable a smooth transition to their next stage of life so they can reach their potential.

We focus on improving children’s learning and development capability by upskilling both customers and their children.

We listen to our customers and involve them in making decisions about their child’s goals. We then work with customers to prepare a personalised plan to support their child’s developmental path.
